Is there an updated tutorial for editing armors for new vegas with blender?

I've been trying to use this guide: http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Creating_an_armour_for_Fallout._Part_1 to edit an existing nif via blender + plugins along with nifskope. I followed the guide, but then it says "In each of the NiTriShapeData of the NiTriShape nodes you've copied you can change the value of TSpaceFlag from 240, that is the default value that Blender sets when exporting, to 16 that is the value that the vanilla meshes use in game." I've looked for nearly an hour now and can't find "TSpaceFlag. It just isn't there.

I'm attempting to edit the skirt piece for the  Aradia Armor in New Vegas (not the whole set of armor but just the armor part that's used for mixing and matching). So maybe that's why I'm not seeing it. Does anyone have any insight on how to go about this because this tutorial and the videos i find on youtube aren't helping. I tried skipping that part and just following the rest of the tutorial, but that only results in the skirt not showing up when I wear it. I'm pretty much ready to give up at this point x_x

I've included the editted nif if anyone wants to take a look. I named it KatoSkirt2 just to keep it separate from the backup. When I put it int he game data folder to play with it in the game, I change it to the correct name and what not.

Thanks a bunch. I still have a lot to learn. I guess I need to learn more about skeletons and such. Thank again!

There are a couple more steps in that regards, just fyi, at least if you're using blender.  There are a couple steps necessary to properly prepare skyrim armors so that Blender can import them at all.  I haven't documented that set of steps there at all, and I'm not certain I can really recommend a tutorial.
