Trying to fix skin?

Well i replaced my skin textures with a skin from http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/24318/?

From the mod description:

 

Problem: "My body looks black and pixely, oh god what's going on!?"
-Again something I have experienced with other textures at least once. It's supposedly a "normal map problem" but I have not touched xs2reality's MSN so... at the moment, I'm not sure what to think.
