CTD problem

[Warstomp32]

I always got random CTD, there are times that it last 15-30mins then there are times it last 1-5mins.

I tried using TES5EDIT,LOOT,BOSS, WRYE and using ENBoost.. but still had a problem. I checked the mods and there all compatible with each other.

 

My pc specs is

I3 4150  3.50ghz

Win7 OS64bit

4gb RAM

AMD HD6570 2gb ddr3

any idea?. coz I know someone that had almost same to my specs but can run 100-180mods in 25-40fps that only had CTD in every 2-3hrs playing mine only got 70-120mods but barely running to 15-25fps without ENB with random CTD.My friend tried following some of my mods and he lucky got no problem with it, our pc specs are close.

I also followed that MemoryBlocksLog and SKSE that reduce CTD making the block into 512. but mine haven't reach to 200 and it suddenly got CTD.

I tried reseting the skyrim.ini and prefs but no avail.

Since you got the skse memory patch and enboost, it's either a mod problem or something in your Skyrim and Skyrimprefs.ini. The DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB should be set to 756 to change the Size of Memory Block One to 512MB in Game.

Skyrim has a hard set Memory Limit of @3.1 GB, but with only 4GB of Total RAM on Your PC combined with what the OS and Background Processes require means You need to trim Hardware Intensive Mods (Mods that add more NPC's and Creature Spawns) and Higher Resolution Textures.

My Vista Laptop I used to keep at work could run Sexlab and had no problems with Bouncing Body Parts, but Texture Mods (Lighting Mods can be as bad) would push the Memory needed to run the Game past the Total RAM available for the PC and cause a CTD.

The Memory Block changes make a difference in preventing Infinite Load Screens, ENBoost removes V-Ram from counting towards the Skyrim Limit of 3.1 GB, but the 4GB Your PC has makes using ENBoost almost a waste of processing time that could be used to run the Game.
