Ponytail Attachement For Helmets?

Hi everyone

 

Well i cant believe that we have somany awesome knight/plate armor mods for skyrim but none of them have attached hair or feathers like old lancer knights!

So i was wondering if anyone can make an attachable hair tail item like the ones in the link so we can use them like amulets and have them attached to any head gear... this way ppl who like this kind of helmets like me can mix match any kind of helmet they want
