CBBE Khajiit Skin Texture Problem

So I downloaded this mod called 'CBBE-CHSBHC-UNP-ADEC-Human Argonian Khajiit Texture-4096' from Nexus Mods. Installed everything manually. For some reason, there seem to be these black "tears" that appear near the hips of the female Khajiit.

The body mesh I'm using is CBBE v3.3 with HDT Physics

 

What confuses me is that this happens only for the Khajiit females. In fact, I've also tried replacing the textures for the Khajiit males and there is no change at all, which is odd because every other race doesn't have this problem. I can easily change the textures for, say, the Argonians and the switch is succesful.

 

What I want to know is: 1) how can I get rid of the black marks and 2) how can I get the game to recognize the Khajiit textures?

the black hip strip are caused by use of incorrect textures. if you are using CBBE v3 then you can only use v3 textures.
this is the path where these are textures to find.
