Can you please post links to dresses that are for males? I am looking for dresses on a male body, it doesn't really have to be thongs, etc.

I've seen Kilts but no dresses for male characters. Who is to say,if there is enough demand for it,someone might convert some of the more notable dress mods for male characters. I've certainly seen others inquiring about dresses for male characters on other sites before so it isn't unthinkable.

It is the one area where Skyrim lags behind Fable which had cross-dressing before it even had playable female leads.
