How to remove sample screen at lower part of the screen ??

i am not sure what has added this part but how do i remove the transparncy for sample mask at the lower part of the screen ?? is it enb ?? if so what part do i need to edit to remove this ?? It is a bit distracting.

 

I tried looking in the enblocal but there was no option for it ??
