Animations not playing?

So I've installed FNIS, FNIS creatures, SexLab, Estrus for skyrim, Estrus chaurus and ZazAnim/Xaz Prison Overhaul through Mod Organizer, and ran the FNIS.exe

 

On testing the animations from Zaz....nothing happens.  Character just stands there, menu options are disabled as if an anim was playing.

Did I miss something while installing?  Or should I be dropping these directly into the game files?

By FNIS.exe, do you mean GenerateFNISforUsers? Run GenerateFNISforUsers and post the log.
