DarknessLilly Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 i have an issue. i am 75% sure this issue is not caused by a mod. so i was hoping some one could take a look at this pic and tell me what is causing this problem.
Content Consumer Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 Looks like the light beaming in from a window has lost its texture somewhere. What mods have you recently installed that affect things like lighting?
DarknessLilly Posted October 2, 2014 Author Posted October 2, 2014 well i have tried both Real lighting overhaul and Enhanced Lights and FX. they both produce the same effect. but no one else seems to have this issue so i asumed that it was not the lighting mods. though i have noticed it goes away when i have no lighting mods installed.
Content Consumer Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 Hmm. Then it sounds like it might just be a graphics card issue, if multiple lighting mods are causing it but vanilla is not. As unhelpful as it generally is, I must make the suggestion that you update your drivers...? What kind of card do you have?
DarknessLilly Posted October 2, 2014 Author Posted October 2, 2014 Nvidia GeForce GT 630 just now updated drivers going to see if that fixes it. Update: wow can it really be that simple?.... it worked before how could something as simple as letting my video driver not update cause the video to do that? is this just one of those random things in the universe that works but truly can never be explained? Note: it worked before just fine with my old driver than suddenly it did not....truly our universe is ran by chaos.
