Project Nevada Visor Not working after re-loading game.

So yes, I am using Project nevada, each time i start the game, Project nevada starts up, tells me about the grenade hotkeys and such and my visor works. But if i die and reload my save game the visor doesnt work.
 

I tried taking it off and putting it back on, i tried playing with the settings, tried uninstalling project nevada and reinstalling it, but no luck. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you fix it
