They would come up to same as if you committed a crime only instead of taking you to prison they take you some where quiet and rape you or enslave you and maybe sell you.

Mods in the past have allowed the player to pay off a bounty with sex, but that seemed just a bit too easy, so I never went for those. Having guards and possibly bounty hunters come after the player and accuse her of something she hasn't done sounds much more interesting! It'd probably work better for bounty hunters in fact, since they are more likely to approach outside of towns and cities, especially if they came in groups to better 'convince' the player that fighting isn't the best option (or to defeat her if she does fight). Soldiers of either faction work for this as well, especially if you have Immersive Patrols or another mod that increases the number of soldier encounters in the world (or, again, if the mod just spawns them). After the soldiers/guards/bounty hunters are done, they might rob her, and then leave her trussed up along the side of the road in some Zaz device so that others might also enjoy her. She of course could start trying to escape after they've left, similar to how Sexlab Submit works. Or an alternative would be if Prison Overhaul is installed, they might turn the player into guards, figuring they can disappear while she serves out her sentence. Any of these would be fantastic!

Another point of immersion is if there's some laws that aren't listed and are irregularly enforced that you can accidentally violate. This can result in an actual bounty being put on you for something you didn't realize was wrong...or maybe its an excuse for someone to have their fun with you.

If you use the "automated" whoring mode there is a chance that you will be approached by a guard instead of a customer. The guard demands a freebie and if you refuse it's off to prison. It is a nice touch. I like the idea of the abuse as more or less routine and predictable, part of the swagger, bravado, and xenophobia of Skyrim - similar to Riften's "visitor's tax." (Granted, though, you only have to pay that once.) The "Hate Rape" element of Coveted within SD+ touches on this in a nice way too, especially the race/location based part.

Could just get used and left ,or wind up bound some where or, even sold into slavery ,or kept as a pet. Or you could resist and end up with every soldier in the hold on your ass. They don't know what's going on they just see a criminal resisting arrest. I like the unknown laws idea, just little things you wouldn't notice like trespassing or having a weapon in an area or out past curfew. soldiers would be a good idea too like you said. I think bounty hunters would mostly just die but wouldn't hurt to have them try. And now that you mention other people I could easily see the thalmor pulling this kind of thing. I would say a configurable outcome chance would be nice. XX chance to be enslaved, released, bound and released, left in stationary binding, taken to prison to serve a false sentence, etc... If I ever figure out moding I will try to make it. In the mean time I'll just keep hoping someone pics it up

That way you never know if it a real arrest or not. Also would require voice acting or silent text. Not saying its impossible but I would try it
