That's the player home I use to store female Argonian followers from mods. It's also IMO one of the most beautiful areas (vanilla Skyrim or mods). Only problem I have is one of my mods seems to conflict with something in the Private Quarters. I can go almost anywhere in the player home but if I try to enter the Private Quarters, Skyrim stays in the blank loading screen where there's some smoke in the lower left corner and at the bottom center of the screen for about 8 seconds before crashing every single time. Have to have the bedroom as a seperate cell just to enter the underground part of the bathhouse.
