I recently upgraded my Dual sheathe Redux from 1.6b to 1.7, i red the mod page and followed the installation and un-installation process of the said mod but I've encountered this error everytime.

-After upgrading to 1.7, DSR isn't starting even if you "Reinstall" it via MCM. did all the process and still no hope.

I've the FAQ and left a comment at the Mod page but to no avail, an answer isn't givin' for 3 days now :'(

I have upgraded too like 2 days ago and no problem at all.

- Did you run the DSR patch (JAVA) after the 1.7 installation?

- Check your load order, make sure that the DSR and DSR patch esp (if you select any) are ticked to load.

- Sometimes the MCM menus take some time to load, enter the game, play for a couple of minutes waiting for the DSR menu to register.

-Did the steps except for one after uninstalling the Mod, i need to load the save and then save it again without 1.6b which i didn't and just load the save with the 1.6b uninstalled and with 1.7 installed, no Initializing message pops up, played for about 3-8 hours before realizing about the forgotten step. Did it again now it works but i'm worried about my Mis-half turn my save into a corrupt one since the Mod is script base and playing it for 3-8 hours with the mod improperly installed could cause corruption. Any ideas if that'll happen sine i DID installed 1.7 but not properly but the script is THERE for 1.7, 1.6b script is manually deleted as said from the uninstallation guide posted in the mod page.

Well, that's kind of unpredictable now.

What I would do is uninstall DSR completely according to the instructions, save, then run a save game script cleaner. After that, play for a while, using lots of weapons, making sure everything looks fine. After that, install the new DSR properly and play, saving if no bugs found. I guess this is your best shot to avoid getting a corrupted save.

Good luck!

You forgot the space bar, it's mysave 1, not mysave1

Well, fudge, all guards in Markarth are now naked!!, well all outside, those inside the castle / other buildings all looked fine, same goes for any city in Skyrim.

try this; approach a guard, open console, click on him, then type disable, then type enable.
