Question about copying weights in OS

So, I was changing the Huntress look for myself and found that it didn't have any bounce. I quickly searched online and found some quick steps but it was pretty general and, though, I fixed it in OS there was a lot of clipping in game.

 

My question is that I just want to make sure I did it right in the first place:

 

Steps I took:

 

Loaded Huntress

Loaded a chest piece from CT77's set since I knew that bounces.

Selected the Huntress top and chose Build Skin Partitions per the vague directions I had and then chose Copy bone weights

Saved

 

Should I have chosen something else? I did choose the 0 or the 1 chest piece when doing this with the min and max.
