I'm going to have to look into it a bit more but in the mean time, you can download the first release of it  It's got clipping on the shoulder part when you use weight slider, I'll fix it tomorrow hopefully if I get time on my pc.  Automail Male 0.1.zip  UPDATE:  I tried a few other things and now there's only skin texture issue on the hands which seems to fix itself when you use the showracemenu command.
