Animation glitch when using bow in first person view

Title pretty much says it all. Bellow are pictures of the glitch itself and my plugin load order. Anyone know what's causing this? Thanks.

If you are not using any type of camera effecting dll (obse plugin) then I can not say what might be your issue.

I would suggest checking the LwPK tech support section pinned threads to correct your load order though.

Ahhh okay thanks. I have the Blockhead plugin that I needed for oblivion character overhaul and that seems to be the cause. No idea how to fix this still, but at least I have a start.
