meoni Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 I'm a regular leecher on these forums, and a avid skyrim mod fan. i regularly upload mod showcase videos each week. Try me out, but be gentle i started recently and am quite bad at it My Site  But one area puzzled me, why nobody could explain how to download some of the more epic looking mods from the dbank website. http://www.dbank.com  So i created a tutorial after translating the webpage, i thought i would share the link to my tutorial here:   the mods on HanPl's awesome thread are easily downloadable to those who cannot read or speak the language on the site now.   thanks for your time, loving the community, will probably try to engage with it sometime, when i have something worth saying  love, Meoni. xxx
HanPL Posted February 12, 2012 Posted February 12, 2012 You can also use Google Chrome it will translate everything to English or any other language so it's even more easy to register there. Also you can download 115UDown it's chinese downloader easy to que up mods you want to download.
Ramses Posted February 13, 2012 Posted February 13, 2012 This is awesome, thank you. But where are these 'epic mods'?
lexxlu4 Posted February 18, 2012 Posted February 18, 2012 Thanx. The tutorial and HanPL's advice worked a treat. Cheers!
LordPhoenyx Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 Thanks for the tutorial. However translating the website didnt work for me, it wouldnt let me finish registration. Regardless its too simple and straight forward to have any problems with it. Thanks again!
Freezer1 Posted February 24, 2012 Posted February 24, 2012 Some folders have 121 Pages of random stuff got to 12 and got bored. If you find something "Epic" post the actual page to help us out. thanks for sharing
zjl80 Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 lol I am Chinese, so I'm gonna tell you how to download it, its fairly simple than u might think, originally the website requires u to install their downloader, register, email confirmation and everything, but there is a faster way to do it.. just keep clicking (normally 3 or 4 clicks for me) the file name of the mod, and a download will pop up, if the login window pops up b4 the download simply refresh the web-page and try again.... dont worry about the download speed either (i mean its not great but acceptable), i live in canada, and i download just fine..
zjl80 Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 lol its so funny for me to watch someone figure out how to do stuff on a chinese website, coz its most of the time the other way around.. hehe
unspunreality Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 Cant you just link coolmods? =( I use firefox, firefox translate sucks. Too much work to try and search out cool mods.
Lunamorte Posted April 8, 2012 Posted April 8, 2012 Has anyone figured out what the verification code that the site asks upon registration is? I have tried registering in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome to no avail.
vee Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 The verification code is the colored text, in chinese. Use a Chromium browser (SRWare Iron, Google Chrome, ect) and it will translate the page, fill out the parts, then hit the 'show original' button, copy the verification code and you are set. Â dbank will need you to reply with a 'thank you' of some sort, at least a response of a certain amount of characters (I don't know to be exact). Â Also you will need to register on the download-websites too; there are at least 2 very common ones. Â Â Also note: some of the ESP's will need to be translated to English; I have worked on some here and there but haven't finished all of them nor made them available yet
baloneysammich Posted April 22, 2012 Posted April 22, 2012 I had a different experience from everyone else it seems. Like vee said above, the verification code is colored text, but it's in an image which only appears after clicking the field to enter the code. Being in an image it can't be copied and pasted. Luckily a few of the codes are just numerals. So scroll through the images using the little < and > buttons 'till you find one of these.
thehurtbear Posted April 23, 2012 Posted April 23, 2012 i use flagfox to translate the webpage , firefox addon
ragindude Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Thank a bunch vee, I finally managed to register on this friggin' site. God their verification code is a royal pain in the ass.
