Sanguine's Debauchery + Crash/Brawl Fail

So I previously had an issue (now resolved) with SD+ crashing on startup.  Now I'm having another crash problem;

 

I started a new game in order to test it out-however, both times, the game has crashed at seemingly random points-the first was when I got into a brawl with the bard in the Bannered Mare in Whiterun (for the Carlotta quest); the brawl turned into a deadly fight which no-one reacted to, oddly enough.

 

The second crash was when I was activating the sex option on my follower.

 

Both times, the game crashed straight to desktop, no warning-when I went to try to reload the save, both the save and all related autosaves were corrupted so badly that they forced me to crash to desktop, again with no warning.

 

I've attached the papyrus logs, and would appreciate any help you folks can give me.
