Mods not loading

hey guys

so i 2 questions

 

first:is it possible that mods dont load correctly,which ends up in not showing them ingame(eg. i got an armor mod installed with crafting recipes but they dont show up,also they dont show up in the console when i search them)

my second question is related to that:how can i fix that (especially the things with the crafting recipes and items)

 

would be great if one could help me

Depends on the mod.  Check the description to see if A: It's a discoverable item, or B: It requires NVSE or SKSE, whichever one you're playing.

It was a craftable, but i found out that the .esp wasnt installed properly from nmm

now its working as intended
