Noob at skyrim ECE and ygnord race

Sorry if I am making this thread, I will erase it once my question is answered.
I'll be honest, I have no idea where to start in modding, so far I've gotten CBBE, ECE, Race compatibility and started to see if the ygnord race would work but so far everytime I use it, the male model have no texture and when I select the female gender the game suddenly shuts down.
So far I also got SKSE but I dont know if that is wher ethe problem lies. Please help on where to start.

A list of installed/activated mods would help a LOT. YgNord is a custom race that's part of ECE. Any other mods that could overwrite it would be an issue. And since it's a custom race you will probably need to install skeletons, meshes and textures into the proper location (not where they're located for the vanilla races).

Any recommended skeleton and meshes? Where can I get one for skyrim?
