Ever think that the transition of power from an Imperial controlled hold to a town controlled by the Stormcloaks (or vice versa) is a little too smooth? I was thinking it would be nice to spice things up a little and actually be a immersive  if the conquerors of the hold went on a little rampage post victory, pillaging the holds and raping the names NPCs. An example being walking into Whiterun after it was taken over by Stormcloaks and seeing Adrianne Avenicci being raped by Stormcloaks, while her husband is being beaten my other soldiers, her father was in Balgruuf's court afterall! There could also be bodies put on pikes with labels such as "Imperial/Stormcloak supporter" scrawled on them. Thoughts?

I think that for the smaller holds (falkreath, mortal, dawnstar etc.) there never really was a battle. Every hold is defended by a fortress (the ones you capture in the civil war questline) and once you take it, the hold will be defenseless which results in the Stormcloaks/Imperials simply leaving. Only the larger holds like Whiterun and Windhelm which are basically fortresses in their own right required a large siege to capture.

But still it could be an interesting touch to the Civil War questline.

Yeah this is true, I suppose in those holds the new occupation would just be setting the tone rather than being on an adrenaline rush after a battle. I was thinking that small towns like Rorikstead, Riverwood, etc...could be taken over by the defeated army post Civil War and you would go to one of the camps to start a quest to re-take it. Then pillaging and raping would happen again in that town. This way, even if the Civil War quest line was completed there'd be something to do in the mod.
