Chopping down in half the vampire eye

Can some help me to chop this vampire eye dds. It got two eyes which in order to suit to my eye meshes I need to have one eye in the texture that is 256 x 256.

 

I tried using scissors and rotate function in the gimp2 but I cannot get hand of it. The best I can do is to chop the picture in triangle.

 

The eyes come from Modular Beautiful People.

? vanilla eyes Version ? there are different one eye Versions, some meshes needs small Iris others big (cover almost the whole dds)

 eye.7z here vanilla eye size, one eye dds ( 256 and 512 size)
