Animation issues

So are there any tools to help keep my animations in Skyrim from always ending up fucked up. I restore defaults and have even completely re-installed SL and my animations always find a way to fuck up. I use UNPB BBP if that is anyway relevant but I don't really know.

They always seem to not line up right even when I use the even actors heights.

How you installed the latest version?

That was a common issue with 1.59.

EDIT: It would be better if you post skyrim related problems in Skyrim technical support.
