Having issues with Real Vison ENB

I decided to install Real Vision ENB I got it up and running without my computer melting, in fact now I'm not noticing any CTDs which was a common occurrence before, anyway I keep getting this error message every time I step out doors "Error! bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 is not set, SkrimPrefs.ini, or you have several copies of it". The first time I saw the message, I found my "SkyrimPrefs.ini" and made the necessary changes.. but the message persists, a tried removing a number of config files that seemed suspect, and STILL the message persists.. I'm stumped, I have no idea what to do..

You edited the one found in Documents\my games\Skyrim correct? Thats were the inis that are used ingame are stored. There is a additional copy stored in your skyrim installation but thats just a master.

Yeah, go figure on a hunch that's the folder i decided to look in next, and sure enough that fixed the issue. thanks for the advice.

Unfortunately now I seem to be having another issue, but this has more to do with the settings in the "enblocal" config settings I think. After installing I noticed a HUGE boost in FPS, however there is a lot of shuddering while moving around, everything goes by really fast now, and character animations are a little fester than usual, I feel like The Flash or something. Any tips on what I might be able to do to slow things down a bit?

Not sure myself on that issue personally I tend to break my game a lot trying stupid shit just so I can learn how to fix it its the best way for me to learn but never seen that issue before.

Do you use Mod Organizer, it stores & uses duplicate ini files in the various profiles (Skyrim\Mod Orqanizer\Profile\ )

As for sped up timescale or animations, that is strange. I want to say I've seen that in the RV forums quite some time ago, but can't really remember the specifics, you might post up over there and see if one of the old hands like Ewi65 knows what's up & how to fix.
