No Idea Where I've Gone Wrong

This is my first time modding FNV. I've installed everything required, I've ran BOSS, I've ran FNVEdit. Both say everything works absolutely fine, no requirements are missing. I have NVSE and NX and I'm running using nvse_loader. Animations have only ever played once and never since. I haven't changed anything in MCM. I really want to try out Breeders and use SexAssault, can anyone help me work out what's gone wrong?
