Armor Mod Requests for Modders

So, I've been scrolling around the LL only to see that there aren't any topics for Armor Mod Requests, you know, for the purpose of requesting the Modders make an specific armor totally from the scratch.

 

If I knew how to make an custom armor from the scratch, I wouldn't need an thread like this, but since I don't know how to make one, this is the only option I have, if I'm ever able to see this armor/costume in the Skyrim.

 

I know it's a long shot, but here's my request anyways:

I'm not sure that has this already been made for Skyrim, since I couldn't find one from any TERA Armor collection mods. But there already is one, please let me know.
