MO multiple profiles HELP

Hi

I'm stuck at using the nice feature of MO to have different profiles for different sets of installed mods. The problem is that it only works for normal mods, other ones like SkyRe or DualSheat that use a patcher are incompatible with this feature, because every time you switch profiles, you have to re run the patcher(s). So far I've deduced that copying the mod and renaming the folder might work, but the problem is that the patcher creates the same named file regardless of what folder you execute it from, so in the end only one patcher.esp is loaded by MO.

So, the question is if someone has found a work around for this, so far my research has lead me nowhere. Thanks in advance.

Regards.

All that stuff should end up in the overwrite folder. Just make it a mod with the profile name on it then activate it with the proper profile.

Or run the patched every time.

Have you tried creating an individual "overwrite mod" for each profile? I am not using either of the mods you mentioned, but isn't the same thing as every time you run Fnis? Every time you run the patcher, you just move the newly generated file or files (from the gray "overwrite" folder at the very bottom of your mod list) to your manually created overwrite folder, you can place the created overwrite folder right above MO's gray lettered "overwrite" for each profile to make things appear tidy, also you should keep MO's "overwrite" folder empty at all times.

Edit: yeah Gvman and I said pretty much the same thing only that he is faster!
