Character not animating

got 1 prob solved now another. i followed an install guide on getting loverslab to work and i am using the nexusmod manager to install mods but for some reason after installing some mods my character just stand in one pose and that is it. they will not move but u can talk to them and buy/sell to them. have not really seen any of the addons i applied take effect yet. it there a program that lets me quickly list what i have installed so that i can show here in the post?

Did you run GenerateFNISforUsers after installing the mods?

Sound to 100% like you don't run FINS if people are standing in the T pose

think that is what it wah ChasmX. i have gotten the game working and just had 5 followers but i went to try and get a few more to follow me ( downloaded followers) but they will not follow me. i release 3 of the ones i had following me thinking that might be it but still no luck. the 3 i am tryign to get now is Lady Lucia succubus, Simelia and elis stars i think. i am sure i butchered those names as i am writing this right before i go to bed. the girls are i nthe game and talking and walking around but the say lead the way but then do not follow. thanks again for hte help

Normally you can only have one follower. It is through mods such as Ultimate Follower Overhaul that you can have more.

As a tip, as you install more mods, you should get WyreBash and use it to create a "Bashed patch," which will merge the lists between all the mods. Set that patch at the bottom of the list and it should prevent some of the conflicts that you may encounter, by having all of the available patches at the end instead of overwriting each other. It's not perfect, mods that directly conflict with one another will still do so, but mods that can work with eachother will.
