Suggestions for Additional Mods for my Game?

Okay, I've been asking around Nexusmods for a little (not very) mod help here. I have a list of mods that are currently in my game and, so far, aren't causing any problems yet (the LoadOrder list). And I also have a list of mods that I'm thinking of adding to my game (Potential Additional Mods). I've very little modding experience so I don't know which of these mods would conflict, which do basically the same things, or even which is better than the other.

If anyone has any experience here, please read the lists and give me some suggestions.

Sorry about the double post, but I needed to bump the thread anyway.

I've managed to select a few item, weapon, and armor mods, but right now I'm stuck on perks and skills. Which of the following perks would you guys recommend?
