need help with deformed breasts

happens only to the npc's my char is perfectly fine works in any positions but when i crouch and my companion crouches this happens (lydia screenshot) and the corpses look like that the breasts are deformed... any suggestions on how can i fix it?

Does she have the HDT havok token on her ?

It looks like you use HDT but she doesnt have a token equipped.

actually i dont know what that is... can i have a link for it? and you said equipped...does that mean i have to equip it on every npc? how can i do that?

check if you got a compatible skeleton. XP32's for instance.

 

Then make sure your load order is correct, and if no mods have their own skeleton.

 

Have the XP32 skeleton last, and other mods before that. For instance having Realistic Force and Ragdolls after XP32 will mess up the breast physics..

yes i use XP32 and it doesn't have and esp to be loaded... and as i said the strange thing is everything works fine for my character just the npc's have that problem

Well it automatically equips a HDT token for every npc in the game, so if you havent removed it on purpose that is probably not the issue.

If you use NMM or Mod Manager, try uninstalling the XP32 skeleton and then reinstall it again, making sure it is the very last thing you install and see if it happens again.

if it keeps happening you might want to check the HDT forums (a subforum of this one) and download the HDT havok mod.

did that already and it turned up the same way... and that HDT token thing im supposed to loot from dead corpses doesn't even spawn on them and the console command doesn't even work so i uninstalled Havok mod

3.) Install XPMS Extended

4.) Install HDT with an updated XML file, can use the Nexus download for a start

5.) Enable V-Sync for your Skyrim in the SkyrimPrefs.ini settings (iPresentInterval=true), and ENB in case you use it

is ENB necessary? i never used it but if i have to i will, and also where should i place Realistic Ragdolls in load order? or it doesnt matter? and thank you very much i will try this and anwswer later

ok i did exactly in that order... look what happens now to my character
