1. most members won't even look at a bmp. Please use PNG or Jpeg. Something that can be viewed easy

2. problem is skeleton or HDT/ animation  related as best as I can tell. Make sure you have the proper skeleton and any animation or HDT etc properly installed and set up.

OK this maybe a really stupid question but here goes. I have 3 skeletons installed they are XP32 Maximum skeleton Extended, XP32 Maximum Skeleton-XPMS1.93, XPMS plus SOS plus SMS Skeleton along with XP32 New Animation pack along with ZazAnimationPack_v0562.

I also have the full version of SOS 2.05.032

If I am not mistaken... they overwrite each other. That might be the problem. Unless I am mistaken you need one skeleton that handles all the mods and such that you are using. One that is compatible with the mods used. Then you have to run FNIS. Going forward. Show the report that FNIS shows when You run it. It will show some errors that might possibly help. I really can't guide you further because I never had that problem and am not that familiar with Skyrim and skeletons beyond the basics.

List of mods used.

FNIS report

Those might be what others need to start to help you further after you check the mod requirements and make sure the proper skeleton has been loaded last.
