I know there are mods where NPCs, including humanoids and creatures, can rape you if their arousal is high enough. What I want to see is a mod that allows NPCs, both humanoids and creatures, to actively attempt to seduce the player, and maybe even certain NPCs that use Arousal as a weapon, forcing the debuffs upon you. It could be existing enemies, or maybe even an entirely new enemy, such as Incubi or Succubi. My idea is that in the Elder Scrolls universe, Incubi and Succubi might be Daedra who are tied to both Molag Bal and Sanguine, sort of like sex-crazed Vampires.

However, you should look into SexLab Approach : it adds a chance for NPCs, depending on both their preferences and arousal, to come and try to get into your character's pants. Since I'm not using the mod, I can't tell you if it's repetitive cheesy lines or not, but yeah, you should give it a look.
