Editing pubic hair on body mesh

OK I looked around for a while and did not find anything to help me.

I probably didn't look hard enough though.

I'm am asking here because it concerns the "adult" parts area of the female body mesh.

If this is better asked somewhere else please let me know

The question:

Is it possible to attach the 3d pubic hair I'm using to the body mesh so that it become a static part of the body?

I might not be asking correctly either so I prepared a .gif to show how it functions currently.

Basically when the body moves during animations (idle or otherwise) when the pelvis area contorts the pubic hairs clip into the body mesh.

I messed around with scales a bit in nifscope and was able to move out pubic hair a small amount (which reduced the problem slightly)

If i adjust it anymore though the pubic hair will float in front of the body mesh and I do not want that.

I want to somehow attach the pubic hairs so that they contort with the body and do not clip

*edit*

I should also mention that the comment about "floating in front of" is when viewing in nifscope.

The gif is with weight at 50.

Reducing weight to 0 reduces the clipping more because the pelvis area becomes smaller

Pubic hair is probably done better with a texture and a normal map - and maybe a transparency map. You can make something look pretty convincing with a good normal map. If you have your heart set on using a mesh, you will need to use a 3D program like 3ds Max or Blender, to skin the vertices of your mesh to the skeleton. Depending on which one you use, you might be able to just copy the skin weights from the closest points on the body mesh to the hair mesh. I know you can do it in Maya, but I'm not sure about Blender or Max. I don't think Nifskope is adequate for what you want to do.

Alright thank you very much.
