The Penetrator unable to be removed?

I'm running into this issue when I buy the Penetrator from the Sexout Store. When I use it, it becomes stuck on unless I load a previous save. Any idea why it's doing this?

Same problem here and I didn't notice the damn thing was on there till a few hours of regular play, so cant reload, it seems to take up the boot spot as none can be equipped. It might be bug flagged by the slavery mod as someone asked if another person was enslaved when it showed up, either way I hope whoever did it, can give us a temporary removal override fix.

Temporary fix is easy.

 

Open the console (tilde key), and click yourself. Type 'inv'.

 

Find the item in the list and then use

RemoveItem xxxxxxxx 1 1

 

the x's are the formID, not the name (or you wouldn't need all the inv business).
