Male model changes discussion

I've been trying to do a little research on the possibility of implementing male belly swelling (for cum inflation and pregnancy).

 

I know that Skyrim model modding is quite female-centric and it's nice to see all of the lovely variety but I'm wondering if anyone, particularly people who already work on models, would be willing to advise me on what would be necessary to include this in the male body model?

 

From what I understand, the visual pregnancy effect was added to the female body by inserting a belly bone in the XP32 Maximum skeleton and modifying the UNP model so that there is a normal and pregnant state.

 

Have I at least got the basic ideas correct? Is anyone else interested in this?

Breast, Belly, Butt bones are already in the XPMSE2.0 male part. so skin a body to it.

I will take a look at one of the girl models and try to understand what is needed to make a similar guy model.
