moving objects from one worldspace to another in TESVCK or GECK

Cell to cell you an just drag select everything you'd like to copy, ctrl c and then load up the new cell and ctrl v or ctrl d, haven't done it in a while so can't remember if it's the duplicate command or just ctrl v

it's ctrl+v, for both operations. excellent. thanks for the quick........ and correct answer. i have messed with geck for a couple hundred hours, and i wish i had known this sooner, lol. thanks again, marked as solved and rep.

Those are standard windows shortcuts. ctrl-c == copy, ctrl-v == paste. Also FYI, ctrl-x == cut (copy then delete). They work in just about every windows program, and windows itself, since forever.

No, but ctrl-d is 'duplicate' in the geck. Open the edit window, you'll see it there along with some other editing shortcuts. There are single-key (no ctrl-) shortcuts as well under 'view'.
