Sexlab Defeat issue

I downloaded an update for one of my outfit mods and it suggested the XP32M Extended skeleton, as well as updating "Prison Overhaul", and "more nasty critters" mods. I installed everything as I should have, ran FNIS, and when I load up a save and go to use defeat against an NPC they'd just simply die and their body would twitch about.

I removed the XP32M Extended skeleton and reinstalled the XP32M "XPMS" skeleton and now it won't work at all. I even went as far as to disable all of the other mods that I updated with no luck.

Would bad skeletons cause this kind of issue where a mod won't activate? It seems to be only with defeat for some reason. I let myself loose in combat and YMOYL death alternative took over and it initiated it's slavery mode and sex animations flawlessly.

With defeat I hit the action button and nothing happens, I even updated it; still nothing.

Make a clean save... and install only Defeat... but install it in Whiterun, in Dragonreach, in the Jarl room... or child room, into smaller place, try it, maybe there are an incompatible mod, so make (if work) a backup to the Skyrim file.

I did, made a clean save with all the mods I installed and updated, leaving only defeat; and I did it in a small dungeon, no dice.

Just because I felt like I was out of options I did re-installation of SKSE, and now I'm back to being able to use the grapple feature, but the victim still died.

I'm going to reboot my system and give it another shot, see where it goes from there.

Deleted every bit of the defeat mod, made a clean save, even cleaned the save with the save tool, and then went to Whiterun and tested it, and seems to be working fine now. Thanks!
