Acornus Posted August 1, 2014 Posted August 1, 2014 As the title says, I cannot seem to find any way to make the new XPMS skeleton to work with HDT for UNP. I was using this mod previously: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21199/? (I assume this is the only mod that existed for UNP?). However, it seems like it's not compatible with the new XPMS 2+ , as it ends up flattening them breasts from the sides (they look like flat floating UFO's). Should I wait for an update, or is there something else I can do in the meantime? (I would like to keep XPMS since it offers me the much needed Waist slider). Any advice in this regards? PS: I know some people will recommend CBBE, but sadly, I use Immersive Armors, and so far, no one made a CBBE version/patch for it (like Barbarian, etc).
gvman3670 Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 I've been using this body with the XPMS Extended skeleton and have no issues. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21199/? And it jiggles real nice, too.
Acornus Posted August 2, 2014 Author Posted August 2, 2014 Thanks, but that's exactly the mods I'm having issues with, it's not compatible with the latest version of XPMS :x
gvman3670 Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 I don't think you need the newest skeleton unless you're using the CITRUS body.
TheBlueBlazes Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 You might have to use an older version of XPMS. I was having the exact same problem you are, but I was using HDT Body. I switched that to CT77 Body as was recommended on the HDT Body page and it solved the issue since it was compatible with the new XPMS. For an older UNP body, you might be out of luck. It would need to be updated to be used properly with the new skeleton.
judge0 Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 From the download thread, 1st post: Attention: WHEN UPDATING FROM 1.9 TO 2.0, IF YOU HAVE "NPC PreBelly" IN YOUR HDT XML RENAME IT TO "HDT Belly", SAME REVERSED PROCEDURE WHEN DOWNGRADING!
Acornus Posted August 2, 2014 Author Posted August 2, 2014 @gvman: Ah, ok. I guess that makes sense :x @Lan: Gotcha. Mind me asking if it's possible to make the body close to UNP in terms of size, it's feels daunting to have my entire characters body shrink out of the blue when doning an armor on. Especially daunting on followers since I can't control their proportions D: @judge: Don't judge me, but I'm really stupid on this stuff, I looked everywhere for the Belly name in all my XML files (XPMSE, HDT, etc) and I couldn't find that line, is there a specific file I should be looking for? Thanks for the replies!
TheBlueBlazes Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Yeah, it's definitely possible to make it look like UNP. It's a Bodyslide 2 body, so you can make it look however you want. It also comes with several UNP variants as presets. That said, I don't know how it will work with your UNP armors. Technically it's based on CBBE even though you can shape it to look like UNP. I believe it also needs a CBBE texture. If interested, the CT77 Body comes in here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25259/? The body is part of the package. It will show up in Bodyslide. I mean, I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but maybe it could work.
Acornus Posted August 2, 2014 Author Posted August 2, 2014 Thanks will give a look and try and figure it out, ha.
Guest LogicFoxX Posted August 2, 2014 Posted August 2, 2014 Use this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/37900/? Use the skeleton in that as well, overwrite any previous skeletons, run fnis afterward.
turbosundance Posted November 5, 2014 Posted November 5, 2014 http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/21199/? has been updated to support the new skeleton!
