Cannot downolad more, wait for other downloads?

i've waited the "2-3" minutes

reset browser, tried another browser

reset pc, noting helps?

 

the things i want to download are now grey for some reason?

 

ive checked a few other posts i could find without any issue fix

usually even when it's gray it works for me, keep trying or wait some time and see if it works
