Any way to convert ECE Save to Racemenu Preset?

Not really, no. You don't have to start from scratch however.

Just screenshot (or write down, whatever works for you) the values of all ECE sliders, and then use the same values while using RaceMenu. Since they use the same values (i.e. -0.5 of Lower Lip Size in ECE change your face in identical way as -0.5 of Lower Lip Size in RaceMenu), you can perfectly recreate your face. There are just a few things you have to take into consideration:

- The values of the sliders in the both mods may be the same, but the name of sliders doesn't have to be. Don't be surprised if you can't find a slider from ECE in RM - it's name was probably slightly changed, but usually it is a no brainer to get which ECE slider corresponds to which RM slider.

- Sometimes RaceMenu have two sliders with the same name (for example "Eye Shape" or "Nosebridge Width"). Those are not duplicates, one slider is vanilla and the other is ECE. You will have to figure by yourself which one is which (although usually the one closer to the bottom is ECE), and leave the value of vanilla one at "0".

- There is a "Face Shape" slider in RaceMenu, if you have set all the values in RM to be the same as in ECE and yet your character still doesn't look the same, that slider may help you.

It took me around 40 minutes to recreate my face from ECE in RM (would probably take less, but I've tried to improve my face a bit).

Thanks for the tip :) I was waiting for an answer for some time.

Strangely, my ece shows up some sliders with names in boxes. As if it is the japanese version or something.

Not sure why.

Reinstalled and still same thing. Going to have to check it out.

I've been attempting the same thing, i've had some trouble trying this mid-way through gameplay while using racemenu the whole time then going to ECE then back to Racemenu. But it is possible as Hds explained. Also here's this http://www.loverslab.com/topic/35230-ece-vs-racemenu-and-other-things/#entry886196 Teruke says the same thing as Hds and he has some comparisons to go along with what he explains.

XPMSE does something with ECE, does it still able to do like he said?

you use RM and ECE on the game, load the save, use showracemenu, look for the enhanced tab, get the values from it and apply them on the sliders in the other tabs, your char will look the part after that so choose a preset slot and F5 to save it to that. quit the game, deselect the ECE plugins... and get back in game and use F9 in showracemenu to load the face... you probably need to use Mod Organizer and have ECE ticked on the left side... the esps have to be off... if not the cheeks will look bad... MO is required because ECE assets can still be used by the game while there's no plugins to actually implement any ECE features or functionality.

i freaking hate the elf head vanilla made, playing elf i use like 100 vertex edit to make it look like human, but i want use tatoo for it, @_@ seems confusing

Interesting bit of information that can be of some use to someone.  Open the CME save file with Notepad++ and you will notice it's lists your character's race and a long list of the different sliders along with the value you picked when creating that character.

Here is an example using the slot file of my Nord.

The slot save lists the 'Unique ID' and it's 'Value'.  The 'Unique ID' is the ID assigned to a particular slider as coded in the config files found in MESHES > CHARACTERMAKINGEXTENDER > COMMONTRIRACES.  If using the config files from XPMS Extended, they will have additional Unique IDs than the original config ECE.

The Unique IDs are listed according to the order in which the sliders appear in the game when using showracemenu.  So the sliders for BODY is listed first and the sliders for RACE SHAPE are the last on the list.

The 'Value' for each ID is the slider value you made when customizing your character.  A negative value means you reduced the slider position from '0' and a positive value is an increase from '0'.
