Is there a way to get an NPC's face for my character?

I want to rp as lydia but I have no idea how to do so.

 

There's this http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=287067720 but it looks like it might seriously conflict with racemenu, plus it's a workshop item so it doesn't work with MO.
