Amy7 Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 So, I was making a interior world and I wanted to add some dragons, So I followed this youtube video and added 2 Dragons. The problem is that when I load my world in the game the dragons are spawning on top of me and not where I placed them why is that???? Here is my mod if anyone can help, Please and thank you. to load the world in the game: COC 1DGCastleIn 1DragonWorld.esp
CGi Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 W/o looking at it: Did you create routes/trigger for the dragons and a navmesh?
Amy7 Posted July 22, 2014 Author Posted July 22, 2014 Everything looks fine, they do what they are suppose to do and that is to just "sit" and they do but not in the spot I put them. The only way it seems for them to stay in a spot if I a sign them a pose spot such as "DragonPerchTower", but in the video he doesn't give it one and his dragon is in the spot he put it. Ugh it is driving me nuts. The place where they are supposed to be in the CK. Dragons are spawned on top of me and not in there spot.
CGi Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 Since dragons are creatures (like mannequins), they require a NavMesh or they'll not stay in place.
Amy7 Posted July 22, 2014 Author Posted July 22, 2014 not sure what that is, is there a default one in the CK? trying to find what you are talking about
CGi Posted July 22, 2014 Posted July 22, 2014 NavMeshs need to be created at least semi-automatic. Check the CK Wiki on how to do that.
Amy7 Posted July 22, 2014 Author Posted July 22, 2014 Thank you so much . that worked now to put them in the right place. I didnt know you needed Navmesh if they where just to stand there.
