Is there a voyeur mod that lets NPCs get off to watching?

Is there a sexlab mod that will encourage NPCs who see a sexual situation start masturbating? I saw the one where they apparently crowd around and say stuff, but I'm wanting to see masturbating voyeurs lol. I've been looking through quite a few mods but haven't seen any.

 

Side question: What sexlab mod will make it easiest for me to masturbate myself when I choose to?

sexlab matchmaker has an option where you can choose yourself to masturbate.

Or just use SexLab Aroused. Once you have it, hold N to masturbate, simple as that.

A random 3rd npc has a chance to masturbate to a sex act thats happening. But only from sex acts that trigger from Random sex.

To may be, I haven't actually used this mod yet but I do see some possibilities. At least in theory.
