Skyrim stops responding

For reasons I have thus far failed to determine, when nearing Ivarstead, there is a bridge which every time I attempt to cross, Skyrim stops responding. I do not have this problem anywhere else that I have noted, at least, in other places where it stops responding it is just a one off, usually after several hours of gameplay, something I've learned to live with. This bridge, however, freezes my game even within seconds of loading once I reach about halfway across. Does anyone else have a similar problem and/or any ideas what might be wrong?

it is so called "random Skyrim CTD". I, for example, just experienced constant CTD when exiting the Jarl's house in Morthal. Also, in one of my earlier saves, I had CTDs in Whiterun whenever crossing the square. Until someone more experienced than me say something better, I would suggest 3 options:

 

1. Clean your save against havok script files

2. Open the console and point your cursor on the bridge. Then input disable/enable and it should fix the problem

3. If  nothing of above works try to go around the bridge
