wired gagged nude female keeps following me?

i started skyrim today and when i was playing i see a nude gagged female that keeps following me?

 

i have no idea which mods causes this but its pretty annoying and for some reason her name is just simply 'you' and she doesnt her any dialogue option

 

so what mod is this i want to disable this mod

The answer to your question would be much more easy, if you would post your load order. Otherwise we'd have to get a crystal ball or something...

click on the npc

and you will get info from which esp that object/npc came from. Or if thats vanila npc then which mod modified that npc (if any).

 

optional: while having that npc selected write disable - no more npc.

but yeah, that would be my advice. install that simple mod and just click on the gagged girl. then u should see info on which esp she comes from. if u don't see info like that, hit TAB to get more info
