wired gagged nude female keeps following me?

i started skyrim today and when i was playing i see a nude gagged female that keeps following me?

 

i have no idea which mods causes this but its pretty annoying and for some reason her name is just simply 'you' and she doesnt her any dialogue option

 

so what mod is this i want to disable this mod

I had that happen with the sexlab version of Alicia Pain Slut Companion.  In that version Alicia can change into demon Ali.  I ended up going back to the original mod
