Question about HDT, TBBP and Mod Organizer

I recently did a fresh install of Skyrim, I converted to using MO rather than NMM and I was wondering what was better to get, the hdt physics extension here or the Dragonfly animation thing over on the nexus. I had hdt working on my old install but I read that it doesn't work properly with mo. Also how would I go about getting the collision effects for tbbp? Last question, can someone point me in the direction of the best tbbp clothing options? I found ChronoTrigger77's work on the nexus and I found this http://www.loverslab.com/topic/24997-pregnancy-tbbp-skimpy-vanilla-clothes/?do=findComment&comment=629811 but I couldn't get it to work for me (the breasts and butt were super squished/small and there were some holes in the clothes).

You can make HDT work with MO but I don't use MO to know how to do it. Check out this guide http://www.loverslab.com/topic/20492-mod-organizer/
