btw im try to get the Dragonborn mission to but the cult members are there is there a commend to have them show up

Stupid question but you do meet the Requirements to trigger that quest right?  Level and finished "Horn of Jurgen Windcaller" ?

should point you to the ship in Windhelm.

this is not quite correct, the quest starts already after receipt of the first dragon cry (gray beards).

for me it's always like that when I go to Ivarstatt of the gray beards back, appear two cultists.

Ah alright. So it already triggers when you receive the quest Horn of Jurgen Windcaller instad of finishing it. My bad. I've set it so Dragonborn won't start until i finished Dragonslayer so i never really ran into that issue.

 

Anyway if everything else fails the Console will fix it.
