Invisible Npcs

Hi,

 

if this question was allready asked i am sorry. google didnt help me with it, it just send me to some problems with invisible amors. Now to the Problem:

 

Lateley I am experiencing some npcs (mostly Bandits but also some townsfolk f.e. Jon Battleborn) to be completely invisible. It has nothing to do with theyr amors as i can loot and use them just like normal.

Any Ideas where this may come from?

Have you tried using LOOT? If that doesn't work, I will just recommend re installing your whole mod list. Make sure to import your load order so you don't miss a single plugin or you save file might shit itself.

 

 

Deactivate your mods, replace your Skyrim folder with a vanilla one and start from that. if you don't have a vanilla folder (you should always have one), then you can try your luck with just re installing without replacing it but understand that NMM has a problem of leaving a lot of loose files behind.

 

Vanilla Skyrim with all the DLC (No official High Res Pack ) is 8.62. When I deactivate all my mods, it is 8.72.

hehe of course i have a vanilla skyrim ..... MO ... just will wait like a few days if it is like a known problem for anyone before i redoe the whole process

MO is an excellent manager for situations like that, but too bad I'm too use to NMM so I troubleshoot the old fashion way.
