Loading racemenu Presets

I'm trying to load some presets from the ningheim race, these come as text files with the instructions of

Download and open the text file.
Copy the text to your clipboard.
Enter the console and type "showracemenu"
Press "F9" to load the preset

So I copy the text file, which is

14,-1,15,23,0.4,0.1,-1,-0.4,-0.69,0.1,-0.6,-0.3,0.1,-0.2,-0.1,0,-0.2,-0.4,0.1,-0.5,-0.3,-0.2,0

following the above instructions and get the message of "failed to load preset from slot #"

From various searches it would seem I am not the only person to have had this but I cannot find any answer that helps me. My SKSE vsn is 1.7.1 so that isn't out of date. I have the latest Racemenu but have also tried older versions without any luck.

I also have ECE installed but the plugin is not active

Is there something I am not doing but should be?

I can create a new preset from Racemenu and load this but just can't get it to load this, at least not with the instructions provided.

I found a fix for that a few days ago, but I can't remember where and what I searched,...it's highly annoying as I reinstalled Skyrim and have the same problem at the moment. If anyone knows, help us out, please.

I did get this answered on one of the preset mods linked to the Ningheim race on Nexus

Credit goes to Aldiesel18 for this.

1. First make sure you have the most recent RaceMenu, Ningheim Race, and the Ningheim Brows installed.
2. In order to copy with F9 move the chargen.dll and chargen.ini outside of the plugins folder. The two files are found in Skyrim>data>SKSE>Plugins.
3. Once you move those files out of the folder follow the instructions on the mod page. Now when you press F9 the face is brought into the save game.
4. The Hair is Not included with this mod, just the face. I have no idea what the hair is called.
5. When you finish making your character, put the chargen.dll and chargen.ini back into the plugins folder.
